However with a shortage of homes in Aliso Viejo we will watch to see what this sells for.

I like the property on PCH as it is rare to find a property for sale right on the beach. Magellan, Stem and Timber are all single story and priced well. If you are looking in San Clemente prices have been rising quickly so Via Aguila is worth a look see.
