5+ Property Tax Base Transfer

Are you over 55 and want to take care of your Property Transfer from your current home to a new home in a qualifiying Calififornia City?  

Proposition 19 changed the laws to Prop 60 and 90.  These changes became active Feburary 16, 2021.  Good news is now you can do Tax Base transfer up to 3 times now in lieu of only once on the previous propoistions.  Bad news is that they really put the brakes on parents giving properties to their children or grandchildren.
